Grand Palazzo Hotel Pattaya has received the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) certification from Tourist Authority of Thailand that means we has followed the COVID-19 control guideline and ready to welcome all guests with confidence on safety.
Checking temperature of all staff, visitors and guests at the entrances. Sanitising hand gel will be readily available at public area.
Keeping space between all staff and guests at least 1.5 m., privacy screens will be installed at the check-in counter. The maximum passenger for elevator is only 4 person, staying in the corner and face the walls.
The frequency of sanitation will be increased at all public area including toilets, elevator and other high touch point area. Before every guest use the room will be disinfected by ozone generator.
Checking temperature all guests and install sanitising gel at the entrance. Seating arrangement will be kept distancing at least 1.5 m. and coffee break will be served in set.
All staff will be trained in cleaning and sanitization protocols.
